We look forward to hearing from you.Hatch is seeking highly motivated new graduates or soon-to-be new graduates for a Transit Business Analytics position with our Transit team.Qualifications:A recent or soon to be graduate with a degree in Business (Economics, Data Analytics, Mathematics)Minimum of a cumulative 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scaleAbility to write Power BI reportsStrong leadership initiative, commitment to excellence and personal growthKeen interest in mining, metals, energy, or infrastructureStrong written and verbal communication skillsShows critical and creative thinking and problem solvingDemonstrates initiative, with a self-starter attitudeAbility to learn quickly and take on new challengesStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and ExcelResponsibilities:Analysis and reporting within projects including:Analysis of businesses’ technical performance indicators and costs;Identification, ranking, and management of risks;Development of financial models to support investment decisionsResearch, review, clean and analyze data to facilitate the development of well-supported, value-add solutions to customers’ complex challengesCreate and design client-facing presentations, proposals, reports, and spreadsheets.Work on a variety of projects, with exposure to several industries, geographies, and project typesUndertake potentially frequent international travel to client/project sitesDevelopment of general business project skills and/or greater depth of knowledge within an industry or functional specializationIdentify and engage new clients to grow the practiceRemain updated on the industry, competitors, and trendsWhat we offer:Ability to apply your skills to challenging, interesting, and meaningful projectsAn exciting work environment in a constantly evolving industryThe opportunity to receive excellent mentorship from industry expertsChallenging career with countless opportunitiesStability and consistency – you are joining the Hatch team to grow your careerCompany gatherings, happy hours, and social interaction to build strong work relationships.All applicants must submit a copy of their transcript (official or unofficial) with their application.Compensation range depends on education, major, experience, and interview skills.
