Medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401k matching, generous PTO, paid holidays, professional training opportunities, and even pet insurance to ensure your furry friends are cared for too.Job SummaryCastalia Systems is seeking a Technical Multi-INT Fusion Analyst in the Reston, VA area.Roles and ResponsibilitiesA qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:Create 3-D models and visualizations of traditional and non-traditional data sets and sources.Ensure that the resulting products and services are optimized and maintained for their intended use.Assist in the creation, installation, and operations of the GIS database that provides fused data sources and integration into other network analysis tools within the three networks that supports the GIS portal on multiple networks.Assist with the creation/implementation of new or existing applications to the GIS portal using SKYLINE software suite and the foundational software.Assist with the interagency capability to collaborate, correlate and share information and intelligence with multi-layered analysis related to foreign threats to enhance analysis.Perform image processing steps in preparation for modeling such as ortho-rectification, histogram optimization and matching where appropriate and image sharpening.Add intelligence information into the site models, simulations and maintaining the product. These includes but is not limited to:Performing terrain analysis.GIS analysis.Spiral database queries.Overlaying the data that results in the finished product.Obtain all input image datasets and perform imaging process steps in preparation for the modeling such as ortho-rectification.Generating animation products to relay analytical visualization.Creation of Non-standard/traditional visualizations to aid in information discovery.Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) of all GIS characterizations, reference layers and metadata tagging to ensure compliance with organizational standards for accuracy before publication of products.Apply all-source and geospatial analysis techniques to multiple different datasets.Perform geospatial analysis to determine key terrain, named areas of interest and targets of interest.Visualize small and large datasets (such as, but not all-encompassing unstructured GIS and SIGINT data).Education, Experience, & SkillsBachelor's degree highly desired.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience and to include the following:Skyline Software TerraExplorer, TerraBuilder.ESRI (ArcMap/ArcPro).Google Earth.Imagery/Geospatial Analysis.Data Visualizations.Physical Requirements/work environmentNormal office environment.During high-tempo operations, maintain situational awareness and relay intelligence in real time.TravelLess than 5%.Company DescriptionCastalia Systems is a proven business partner providing mission critical solutions to the Federal Government.
