We are offering a $30,000 Sign-On PLUS Living Expenses!SpecialtyCare, the leading provider of perfusionist services in the U.S., is looking to expand our team in beautiful Evansville, IN! We are seeking an Experienced Perfusionist to join our newly reconstructed team of 3 total perfusionists who support 2 surgeons covering one hospital. The adult-only caseload includes 350 open heart cases per year. Each perfusionist pumps approximately 125 cases per year, including CABGs, AVRs, Ascending Aortic Repairs, TAVRs, and a few MVRS and Cellsaver Cases. We have a great team that works well together and provides support while maintaining an excellent work/life balance! This position would be ideal for someone looking for a new home and an opportunity to slow down from the rat race.Evansville is the 3rd largest city in Indiana, centrally located about 2.5 hours from Indianapolis, St. Louis, Nashville, and Louisville. Catch a national act at The Ford Center, which hosts many events throughout the year. If you enjoy sports, Evansville has a hockey team, The Thunderbolts, and a frontier baseball team, The Otters! Graduate of an Accredited Perfusion training program, minimum required.Certification by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP).Five plus years of perfusion experience; previous experience as a Chief Perfusionist preferred.Ability to work on-call; must live within 30 minutes from the hospital.
