Works cross-functionally to ensure the master schedule is understood and executed at each team/functional level. Communicates the schedule to the customer and forecasts upcoming production risks. Provides the Corning Program team with a clear understanding of performance with respect to the master schedule.Work Hours:40 hours/week. Key Tasks:Create and maintain a master schedule for FTTx ProgramsCoordinate with cross-functional teams and Program/Project Managers to ensure a clear, unified understanding of priorities and next steps needed to execute the master scheduleContinuously review and revise the master schedule to account for impacts to the forecast and communicate necessary information concerning capacity or potential customer service issuesForecast Program performance for short-, mid-, and near-term execution based on historical data and known risks; document all assumptions and continuously measure forecasting accuracyWork with the customer to understand priorities and translate the customer priorities to an executable master scheduleDevelop and maintain effective working relationships with external customers for quick response and problem solvingCollaborate with Business Operations team to ensure all relevant Program data is being captured and used for forecasting, financials, and schedulingTrack and analyze project performance to apply past trends to future planningLead working meetings to offer input into risks to the forecast and scheduleContinually look for ways to increase the speed of the program and decrease the costMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a technical fieldPrevious leadership experience with proven successAbility to align and influence teams to deliver resultsAbility to simplify complex situations and deal with ambiguityStrong skills in data analysisExtensive knowledge in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)Strong communications (particularly upward to customer executives) and interpersonal skillsAssertive, result-oriented and responsive; utilizes network, SMEs and other available resources to facilitate driving tasks to closureAbility to maintain composure and professional demeanor at all timesFluent in written and spoken EnglishThis position does not support immigration sponsorship.The range for this position is $79,584.00 - $109,428.00 assuming full-time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
