With support, prepares both the annual quality plan and annual quality report. Develops and analyzes reports and projects, and makes presentations to providers, leadership and staff. Develops and presents materials to both clinical and nonclinical staff in the Plan and within the network regarding actions to improve quality, monitors results for improvement opportunities, and ensures compliance with contract requirements.Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable.
