The Mental Health Therapist II provides clinical services including but not limited to mental health/substance use assessments, treatment planning, individual, group, and family therapeutic interventions, crisis intervention, risk assessment, education, and case management. The therapist also provides education, support, and consultation services to the academic team.This position is based on a 10-month working schedule in the local Anchorage school district from August to May, and will have June and July months off. Position hours are full time, 1.0 FTE, Variable shift, Monday-Friday, standard school hours, 40 hours per week.Required Qualifications:Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or health-related field.Upon hire: Alaska Marriage and Family Therapist License.
