Position: Lead SDET Engineer
Core Responsibilities
Design & implement automated test frameworks for Golang & C applications.Encompassing the full stack from low-level virtualization to UI testing in a distributed environment.Develop tools to build, maintain, & operate test automation frameworks to simplify test development, performance testing, & fast feedback.Build test infrastructure to integrate with & extend our CI/CD process (GitHub Actions).Collaborate with developers to ensure early incorporation of test planning & execution in release cycles.Identify performance bottlenecks, spot system anomalies, & determine root causes.Promote best practices in code health, testing, & maintainability across the development team.Communicate insights & plans to cross-functional teams & management.Understand existing code flow & its integration with various components & interfaces.Lead a team of 2-3 resources.

Skills And Experience
Experience in product companies & startups is idealExpertise in creating fullstack testing frameworks & developing test automation from scratch.6+ years in software engineering, ideally with Linux, Go, Python, or C/C++.Strong experience with Docker, CI/CD, & DevOps practices.Familiarity with Kubernetes is preferred.Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).Adaptable & thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.Creative problem solver with a proactive approach.B.S. or advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
