Position Overview

:ANSER is seeking a

Senior Physical Security Policy Analyst

to work onsite at the Pentagon and the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA in support of the Director, Security & Facilities within the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment (OUSD(A&S)). The position supports various physical security duties of the OUSD(A&S).

Position Responsibilities

:Develop and implement custom Construction Security Plans (CSPs) for OUSD(A&S) Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF) projects.Conduct design reviews, including red-line comments and recommendations, on security features of design documentation.Conduct periodic site visits or full-time management on-site SCIF projects.Implement construction security controls and ensure compliance with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705, including documentation and reporting of violations to the Accrediting Official (AO).Conduct regular meetings with AO, project management, quality control, and end user group teams.Create final project close-out and accreditation packages, including Fixed-Facility Checklist and Compartmented Area Checklist.Provide support to the Government AOs in the accreditation and inspection of SCIFs.Provide comprehensive guidance and instructions to a diverse customer base throughout the OUSD(A&S) on security policy, procedures, techniques, equipment, and methods as it pertains to the Technical Specifications for Construction and Management of SCIFs.Conduct or support the periodic security inspections of cleared facilities to ensure compliance with applicable DoD and Intelligence Community policies.Conduct or support facility inspections / walkthroughs, as mission dictates.

Required Qualifications

:TS/SCI security clearance upon start.Ability to travel within the National Capital Region.10+ years of relevant work experience with SCIF lifecycle management and the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) accreditation process.Bachelor's degree.

Desired Qualifications (NOT REQUIRED)

:2+ years of Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD)-level experience.Master's degree.
