in this IT Knowledge Management Senior role:

Develop and implement IT knowledge management strategies and processes.Identify knowledge gaps and develop solutions to improve knowledge sharing and collaboration.Work with IT teams to capture and store knowledge in a centralized repository.Create and maintain a centralized knowledge management system to organize and share information across the organization.Create and maintain knowledge management policies and procedures.Collaborate with various departments and teams to identify knowledge management needs and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.Train and educate IT teams on knowledge management best practices.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge management strategies and make recommendations for improvement.Ensure the accuracy, relevance, and accessibility of information within the knowledge management system.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure knowledge management practices are integrated into business processes.Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in IT knowledge management.What you will need:

Five years of relevant experienceBachelor’s degree in related field required (combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree)Technical Competencies
