We provide consulting services in the areas of Strategy, Process Improvement, Change Management, Program and Project Management, Acquisition/Procurement, and Information Technology.Responsibilities and DutiesOCT currently has an opening for several Cyber Security Specialists to work with our federal client. The Candidate will support the Risk Management Framework for a Federal Government client and support compliance with FISMA policies and regulations. Day to day responsibilities include:Cyber Security Assessment and Management (CSAM) administration & supportTest and update CSAM instance to latest versionsRisk Management Framework (RMF) Services for the AgencyConduct ATO package compliance review on security authorization and core security documentsDevelop and/or update Risk Management Framework (RMF) core security document templatesKnowledge of Blue Team conceptsConduct SaaS product reviews and develop & deliver executive summaries for managementProvide Centralized Cyber Security ServiceDevelop project plans for the implementation of CSAM functional capabilitiesRepresent NOAA at the DOC CSAM Program MeetingsDevelop metrics to measure the effectiveness of CSAM POAM status reviews and tracking ATO planningConduct and update Security Controls Assessment (SCA) on common controlsConduct corrective actions for RMF documentation and processesDevelop specific role–based training and the Assessment & Authorization (A&A) assessor standardDevelop and Conduct online trainings as neededRequirements:Security RequirementsMust be able to obtain or retain a Public Trust or higher clearance, with a requirement for U.S. citizenship. The investigation will involve a credit, fingerprint, and law enforcement agency check.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in a technical or business/management field from an accredited institution (preferred, but may be replaced by significant experience). At least 3–5 years of proven experience in federal government or private sector working on GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) and FISMA compliance activities. Cyber Security Assessment and Management (CSAM) experience or equivalent GRC tool. Experience with leveraging and tailoring NIST Risk Management Framework. Knowledge of Application Programming Interface (API) and API landing pages preferred. Knowledge or experience working with the ServiceNow ticket system preferred. Developed problem–solving and analytical abilities.
