Account Development Manager - Phoenix-Metro

As an Account Development Manager, you will grow new sales through assigned PPG Paints stores, growing both existing business year-over-year, and developing new accounts.You will report to the Sr. Regional Sales Manager and work remotely/in the field based in the Phoenix-Metro, AZ area.Key Responsibilities* Develop relationships and provide outstanding customer service to existing customer accounts and new accounts with growth potential within the assign territory.* Keep clients up to date with current promotions, new products, and with current customer service practices to find opportunities for growth.* Face to face interaction with the clients and cold calling daily.* Develop account planning strategies, sales opportunities, and understand existing business and the segments they serve.* Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to run accounts, maintain call logs and contact info, run reports.* Collaborate with store managers and employees to ensure customers' needs are met.* Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.Qualifications* High school diploma or GED required.* Sales experience, outside sales preferred with a hunter's mentality.* 2 years of paint experience preferred.* CRM software experience preferred while previous coatings experience is sought after.* Daily travel within an assigned territory; must have valid driver's license.
