The Opportunity

This attorney will be based in our San Jose headquarters and will work on a broad range of revenue producing enterprise licensing and sales matters, involving Adobe’s cloud-based services, on-premises software, and professional services – areas that are significant to Adobe's success.

What you'll Do

Day to day, in this role we review and negotiate contracts, provide legal counsel to Sales and Sales Management, and collaborate with other internal groups (such as Product teams, Privacy/Security teams, and Consulting Services teams) on a variety of topics including intellectual property, commercial terms, risk analysis, and the effects of applicable laws.

We participate in or co-lead a handful of projects, such as template creation, job aid creation, trainings, etc.

What you need to succeed

JD Degree.License to practice law in job location.Ideally 2-4 years of relevant practical experience.Ability to understand technologies that we license.Excellent client management skills.Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
