18 plus years of experience.As an Industry Expert within the Digital Infrastructure team, you will work with our clients to define their digital strategy and execution roadmap, and design and implement differentiated digital solutions to help deliver measurable value.Key Responsibilities:Build a long term trusted advisory relationship with Enterprise strategic accounts and engage with Architects, VP engineering, CTO and CIO on cloud and Infrastructure opportunities, identifying customer priorities and designing strategies encompassing the entire Brillio ecosystem to deliver business value and resolve blockers.Propose new solutions for latest Cloud and Infrastructure technology services and support the Client Success and Sales team.Conduct Due Diligence and discovery for understanding Client environment maturity.Design solutions leveraging cloud technology, including solution development and potentially demonstrate technical feasibility through mechanisms including proof-of-concepts working with larger delivery team.Conduct technical solution demos and design technical Solution blueprints as needed.Solution defense and architecture reviews with client leadership and Architecture review board.Should be an Industry expert in the Cybersecurity Security space.Propose and position Brillio’s technical solutions, differentiators, accelerators, and IPs specifically focusing on cybersecurity in proactive and reactive opportunities (independently).Comfortable leading GTM opportunities in the extended areas of next-gen datacenter, Cloud, Digital Workplace, Contact Center transformation, Hyper Intelligent automation, Operational optimization, and Infrastructure Managed Services opportunities working alongside technical SME’s/Architects.Define and implement a structured way of handling opportunities – lead qualification, first client meeting, solution pitch, RFP/RFI response, orals presentation, etc.Drive overall technical proposal cycle working closely with Customer Success/Sales teams to develop content for proposals, work statements, and RFP/RFIs responses for Cloud & Infrastructure services opportunities.Lead opportunity assessment, qualification, developing response strategy, proposal development, review and feedback process, competitive positioning, pricing/commercial decisions understanding technical risk and business implications for Brillio.Lead the technical strategy and generate technical documents to support bid responses (RFI, RFP).Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle to drive opportunities using Explain, high quality demo, and Prove capabilities.Review Contractual/legal/compliance requirements of the solution proposed.Play technical advisory role for Brillio’s Sales and Business teams to help understand new technology areas.Contribute towards strengthening technology alliance partnerships with leading Cloud hyperscalers and niche security players.Help to accelerate the development of new services by partnering with engineering, product teams, HR, Finance, Training to craft scalable, and resilient architectures that address customer business problems.Help generate collaterals, case studies, technical documents, etc., and assist sales in pitch evangelism.Help to negotiate the discounting and commercial terms with the Product vendors as needed.Contribute towards delivery competency enablement for niche areas.Interface with the implementation/project team, articulating customer requirement, to ensure smooth transition from Sales to Delivery.Manage customer stakeholders in case of escalation and guide team on effective resolution.Oversee transition and delivery during the new project transition phase to ensure customer satisfaction and enable best practices.Help Interview and finalize the team to be onboarded for delivery of client projects.Participate in relevant Industry forums and OEM/Customer events.Present newly developed Brillio solutions and offerings to leading analysts (Gartner, Forrester, IDC) and help elevate Brillio’s market positioning.Generate Summary report every week for management review on ongoing opportunities.Candidates should demonstrate the below listed critical leadership qualities:Customer Advocacy -
