We are looking for team members who love building enabling systems that empower other engineers and power a high-quality product experience.We’re building out our Developer Infrastructure Team as a specialty area within Cloud Infrastructure. Help us accelerate our entire engineering organization and encode best practices in our tools!In this role, you will:Work on tools that make local development more effective and efficientImprove both the ergonomics and efficiency of our test infrastructure, for local development and CICollaborate with Cloud and Dev Infrastructure engineers to design and implement additional testing, staging, and release workflowsMake it easy to do things the right way (testability, security, performance, etc.)You might be a good fit if:You have 2+ years of engineering experienceYou are passionate about enabling the entire engineering organization to move quickly and safelyYou have experience making measurable improvements in development tooling and workflowsYou are motivated by helping others in scalable and sustainable waysAt Watershed, we strive to design consistent, fair, and competitive compensation programs. The total cash compensation range may be inclusive of several levels at Watershed and final offer will be determined by a number of factors, including the candidate’s skills, capabilities, and location, as well as scope of the role.The anticipated cash compensation range is in addition to a total rewards benefit package including equity, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), unlimited paid time off, paid parental leave, fertility, and mental health programs.Salary Range$166,500—$210,000 USD
