What You'll Do:

As the Logistics IT Business Analyst, you are responsible for:Translate business capability needs into functional requirements.Support alignment of Business and IT objectives.Support daily needs of the Logistics Innovation Team related to technology systems and processes.Identify opportunities to advance business process leveraging technology; specifically innovative technology in the hauling business space.Execute transparent IT processes to initiate and deliver projects.Participate in services process design working with fellow IT team members and business leads.Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for logistics systems to ensure optimal performance.Drive continuous improvement in solution adoption, usage, and process simplification.Help develop and execute solution roadmap that aligns to business strategy and measurably drives business KPIs.Consistently grow expertise in business processes and enabling technology features.Essential Functions:

Work with business stakeholders to translate business capabilities and process designs into functional requirements and secure sign-offs.Work with business stakeholders and IT teams to develop, test, and deploy solutions that meet business capability needs and ensure successful achievement of scope, cost, schedule, quality, adoption, and value outcomes.Work with enterprise tools to capture requirements and manage lifecycle of issues and work items.Participate in development and review of solution test scenarios and test cases for functional testing.Participate in development of solution training material and execution of change management activities.Support business case value realization efforts by working with business and IT teams to design and deliver outcomes.Partner with business stakeholders to define in scope and out of scope processes and solutions.Partner with business leads and define end to end business process maps and create a common business process template for our Installation Operations.Map existing business processes into new capabilities and identify gaps.Ensure consistent, high quality, and appropriately detailed process designs, by including correct business requirements.Qualifications

Skills You'll Need:

Education:Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Logistics or related fields.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

1+ years of IT work experience.2+ years of experience preparing business requirements and functional specification documents.Knowledge of commerce, supply chain, and transportation logistics.Excellent written and oral English skills.Field Operations business process knowledge.Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills.Ability to develop and maintain quality relationships with all levels of employees.Can work independently and with cross-functional teams in the organization.Knowledge and experience partnering with both business stakeholders and IT professionals.Positive, collaborative, and solution-oriented attitude.Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.Ability to travel as required for systems implementations.Other Requirements:
