Include the following. Other duties may be assigned:Regular and consistent attendance.Upholding and administering all Regal policies as outlined in ROM.Ensure all cash management policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.Control concession inventory shortages and spoilage levels.Monitor janitorial staff to ensure facility is cleaned to Regal standards every day.The hiring, training, developing, supervising, counseling, scheduling, and terminating of any employee.Properly administering all applicable paperwork and upholding all company policies as they pertain to Human Resources.Ensure required alcohol certification and training are current where applicable.Supervising all staff positions as required, including all projection and audio-visual equipment within the theatre.Controlling costs, including all direct operating expenses; purchasing and ordering concession and café stock.Supervising theatre maintenance, including performing minor repairs.Monitoring risk management as it pertains to the theatre.Responsible for guest relations; marketing and promotions of feature film engagements.Ensuring guest satisfaction by greeting and thanking all guests.Reviewed and understand the ROM.Required to read and understand training materials covering subjects such as sexual harassment and discrimination.Qualifications

Two years of post-secondary education in Business and/or two years management or supervisory experience. REU attendance preferred.Language Ability:Possess good public speaking skills and effectively communicate in both oral and written form.Math Ability:Perform calculations with speed and accuracy.Reasoning Ability:Identify problems, gather relevant data, and evaluate relevant information.Computer and Office Skills:Proven experience with PC platforms and knowledge of basic office programs.Personal Skills:Interface effectively with customers, the public, and co-workers.Supervisory Responsibilities:Directly supervises an unspecified number of employees and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies.Work Environment
The noise level in the environment is moderate, but at times levels do increase.Physical Demands
