Sunterra Springs Riverview
is a 30-bed short-term rehab nursing facility located next to the Boise River in beautiful Boise, Idaho. In this leadership role, you will ensure quality patient care, direct, coordinate, and control all aspects of the clinical functions, perform regulatory compliance, and manage staff. Duties:
Oversee and manage all aspects of nursing operations within the organization
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in compliance with Medicare regulations
Ensure quality patient care by monitoring and evaluating nursing practices
Collaborate with other departments to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction
Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
Maintain accurate documentation and records related to nursing services
Experience:
You must possess a current Idaho RN license
Minimum of 5 years nursing experience including 2 of the years working in a SNF - at least 2 years in a leadership role. Prior ADON/DON experience is preferred but not required.
Strong knowledge of Medicare regulations and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks
