How you will contribute (not limited to):
You will make a difference in our patient's lives by providing safe patient care and delivering individualized nursing care plans.
Work as part of an interdisciplinary team, supporting both patients and their families.
Location: Baltimore, MD
Coverage Area: Howard & Anne Arundel County

Responsibilities:
Attends and actively participates in weekly team meetings.
Provides rehabilitation and coordinates medical needs for clients.
Medication monitoring and administration by oral medication or needle injections.
Orders, reviews, monitors, and discontinues medications as ordered by the physician.
Conducts assessments and approves plan of care and service delivery methods.
Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
Current Registered Nurse licensure in State and American Heart Association CPR certification required; CPR certification may be offered and completed upon hire.
Bachelor's degree preferred, with one (1) year of home health experience preferred.
Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, basic math skills.
Salary Range:
USD $35.00 - $50.00 / Hour
