You are proficient in MS Office and experienced in using integrated databases.Job Summary & Responsibilities:The Project Coordinator-Community Engagement and Equity works across the Community Engagement and Equity Department to advance the grantmaking, programmatic, administrative, and community engagement and equity efforts of the Foundation. The Coordinator provides a wide range of complex and confidential project coordination in support of the department’s goals. The Coordinator executes, coordinates, and tracks assigned projects. The range of duties requires the ability to both manage a proactive and time-sensitive work schedule on an independent basis, work productively as part of a team, and follow up on key deliverables, oversee deadlines, and prepare and distribute reports as needed.Project Coordination (45%):Work with the Chief Community Engagement and Equity Officer (CCEEO) and department leaders to initiate, plan, design, execute, and track multiple assigned projects to successful completion, providing regular written updates to the CCEEO as appropriate.Coordinate with the CCEEO and program teams to monitor progress and ensure project tasks are communicated, delegated, and completed in a timely manner.Assist in department budget management and reporting as needed.Leverage problem-solving and influencing skills to support the execution and delivery of projects.Work with early-lifecycle projects to add definition to their scope and objectives, turning them into tangible and purposeful deliverables.Provide support to the CCEEO for board committee work.Planning Support and Reporting (30%):Work with the CCEEO to identify key priorities and strategic objectives for the department and implement new department-wide policies.Assist department leaders with support for board committee meetings, including compiling, editing, and reviewing committee books.Develop project reports as needed.Collaboration (20%):Establish and maintain strong interdepartmental relationships, requiring collaborative work with the Community Engagement and Equity Department.Support department efforts by building and maintaining strong relationships with external partners in support of the CCEEO’s work.Engage with community members as needed to ensure that our initiatives and projects are responsive to community needs.Other Duties (5%):Participate in statewide efforts to advance branch and department priorities as requested.Manage and update contacts and lists for targeted community outreach and engagement efforts and events.Serve as point person for internal and external Community Engagement Branch communications needs (e.g., branch email inbox, newsletters, website updates, intranet, branch debriefs, etc.)Other duties as assigned by the CCEEO.Qualifications:Education & Experience:Three years of administrative and/or project coordination experience.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in place of a degree.Travel (5%):Occasional travel to OCF events around the state may be required.Working Conditions & Safety:Comfortable office environment.Minimal physical effort, occasional lifting to 25 lbs.Compensation and Benefits:Salary: $26.58 to $29.24 hourly, OCF works a 37.5-hour workweek.Salary offers are determined in conjunction with an internal pay equity assessment.This is a full-time, non-exempt position.Benefits include paid time off, medical, dental, vision, 401k, disability and life insurance, employee assistance plan, volunteer leave, and professional development opportunities.Encouragement to Apply:Studies show that women and people of color are less likely to apply for jobs unless they believe they meet all the qualifications.
