Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements to meet business growth, quality and scalability goals. Engages with other departments to better understand business requirements and collaborate on solutions. Researches best business practices within and outside the department to establish benchmark data.Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experienceOne to two years of related experiencePreferred Skills/Experience
Conceptual knowledge of fundamental theories, principles and practices, and basic understanding of business operationsEffective influence, change management, and coaching skillsStrong technical skills in process mapping, procedure creation, and controlsEffective verbal and written presentation and communication skillsBenefits:
