The Department of Pathology, Immunology and Laboratory Medicine at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School invites applications for a faculty position at the Assistant Professor or Associate Professor level in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. The Department is responsible for all anatomic and clinical laboratory services at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, a 665-bed quaternary care, teaching hospital that provides comprehensive health care for the region. The successful candidate will be a member of the Anatomic and Clinical Pathology team, consulting with clinical staff. The successful candidate will manage the hematopathology service, inclusive of adult and pediatric cases. Additionally, as this is a general pathology service within a community hospital, ability to participate on the surgical pathology and cytopathology services is desirable. Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience:
An MD, DO, or MBBS is required along with board certification or board eligibility in AP/CP and hematopathology.
