Portsmouth Naval Medical Center in Portsmouth, Virginia . This contract position offers:Full-time opportunity, 40 hours per week, Monday through FridayNo weekend or holiday responsibilitiesFreedom from malpractice insurance worriesEnjoy the rewards of treating the Active Duty and their familiesJob Requirements:Graduate from a residency training program in Diagnostic Radiology approved by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education or the Committee on Postdoctoral Training of the American Osteopathic Association or those Canadian training programs approved by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada or other appropriate Canadian medical authority.Possess and maintain a current Board Certification in Diagnostic Radiology accredited by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) or the American Osteopathic Association (AOA).Experience as a Radiologist of at least one (1) year, within the preceding three (3) years.Any active state licenseCurrent BLS and ACLS life support certificationsCompany Overview:Spectrum Healthcare Resources (SHR) was established in 1988 to deliver systems and processes designed to meet the unique needs of Military and VA Health Systems.
