Join us!Role Overview:The Data Connections Subject Matter Expert (SME) is responsible for establishing deep knowledge of data sources and business processes to support the development of automated testing that provides timely, useful, and actionable independent insight on the operational health of Bank of America’s processes.Main Responsibilities:Partnering with key stakeholders to understand data needs and review test scripts and/or SQL code to understand the data required for automation.Facilitating discussions between Application Managers and EIT Technology Teams to understand data sources, data structure, flows, and controls.Striving for operational excellence and becoming an effective advocate of process improvement opportunities to support the adoption of new applications.Establishing systematic connections for test automation.Leading Data Quality and Data Automation projects and initiatives that impact cross-functional teams.Ensuring adherence to SLA’s and metrics associated with productivity, turnaround time, accuracy, and process control.Required Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree or above in fields including but not limited to: Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Process and Mechanical Engineering, Operations Research, Data Science, Accounting, Business Administration.5+ years of relevant work experience.Required Skills:Intellectual Curiosity:

Applies critical thinking and connects the dots on how processes relate to one another. Demonstrates understanding of and passion for the “why”.Executive Interaction & Communication:

Strong written, verbal, presentation creation and delivery skills. Communications are timely, concise, easy to follow and tailored to topic, audience, and competing priorities.Technical Skills:

Experience with structured and unstructured data. Experience utilizing tools such as Hadoop and Trino. Deep understanding of databases and table structures. Proficient in SQL/Python. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.Shift:
