These high-technology products and services enable modern life by delivering efficiency, occupant comfort, and service reliability across several platforms!As the Commercial Service Account Manager you will be responsible for pursuing opportunities for projects and service agreements to help keep our customers operating efficiently, while pursuing larger opportunities that help our customers modernize their HVAC systems and improve operating efficiency.This role is a great fit for you if you excel at building and maintaining strong relationships, with an outstanding customer service attitude and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. This is the ideal role for those that are adept at assessing and understanding both the immediate and future needs of customers.Job Responsibilities:

Sell the full portfolio of Carrier HVAC Service products and solutions (i.e. service agreements, repairs, modernizations, and system replacement)Create and maintain Sales Territory and Account plansPresent at industry events to develop new and existing customer relationships and opportunitiesPromote Carrier value propositions linking customer objectives to Carrier solutionsUtilize CRM to manage customer interactions, activities, and opportunity pipelineDesired Capabilities:

Able to learn Carrier products/solutions and present them with credibilityExperienced in identifying and qualifying prospective Carrier customersAble to maintain customer relationships and build share value for account growthAble to develop and propose technical repair opportunitiesAble to identify and articulate the value of Carrier offerings and how they map to customer needsAble to understand Customer purchasing processes and adapt selling style to matchPossessing highly effective presentation and communication skillsAble to manage multiple demands on your time and prioritize for best outcomesHaving a bias toward customer service and fast response to customer requestsAble to consistently achieve sales performance metrics and annual sales targetsAble to negotiate service agreement renewals effectivelyRequired Qualifications:

2+ Years of B2B technical sales experienceHigh School Diploma/ GEDMust be able to lift/carry 20 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and be comfortable working on roofs/platformsAbility to pass a MVR background checkAbility to travel up to 80% within assigned territoryPreferred Qualifications:

Extremely comfortable operating in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software.Ideal candidate will be located in Western OregonDemonstrated experience in the HVAC industryBachelor’s degree preferredDemonstrated written, verbal and presentation skills to develop effective proposals and customer-facing correspondenceAbility to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers and peersAbility to sell directly to end user prospects and customersDemonstrated experience in selling service agreementsAbility to introduce others to cross sell and upsell to expand existing customer/contact baseAbility to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environmentPay Range:
