Job Description - Finance Business Partner (2400016F)About the roleThe Finance Business Partner will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting for assigned portfolios and overheads at RACQ. You will serve as a key finance contact for stakeholders and a subject matter expert for your portfolio.Key Responsibilities:Own and manage the budgeting and forecasting process; ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.Prepare and deliver monthly management reports.Preparation and review of project business cases, ensuring accurate and insightful financial analysis.Provide commercial finance advice to your stakeholders.Foster strong stakeholder relationships and a culture of continuous improvement.About youYou will have:Extensive experience in preparation and delivery of financial analysis, cost benefit analysis, management reporting, budgeting and forecasting.Excellent stakeholder management, communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.Strong financial and analytical skills with an ability to influence decisions based on data.A proactive and collaborative approach with a focus on building relationships.Qualified CPA/CA/CIMA or equivalent membership.Why join RACQ?It is an exciting time to be part of RACQ as we continue our transformation towards better, smarter solutions that deliver more security and prosperity for Queenslanders.
