You will have immediate opportunities to partner with talented subject matter experts, work on complex projects, and contribute to the value Chatham delivers every day.The Rotational Analyst Program offers an 18-to-24-month experience where analysts rotate through various teams, gaining a wide range of experiences across the company before settling into a permanent role.Rotational areas may include:Derivatives tradingFinancial risk analysisCreating actionable investment insightsFinancial statements and reportingData governanceValuationsChathamDirect technology implementationCapital advisoryMarket researchClient engagementResponsibilities:While the specific responsibilities of an Analyst vary based on their current rotation or placement, here are some examples of responsibilities managed by our current Analysts:Conduct detailed quantitative and qualitative analysis of clients’ interest rate, foreign exchange, and commodity exposures.Support deal managers in structuring, pricing, and executing transactions.Work directly with clients to onboard their company’s financial portfolios onto our technology platform.Organize contracts and provide support to consulting engagements to streamline internal success.Develop automated and individualized API & Excel-based reports for derivative portfolios.Conduct market research and prepare client presentations.Contributors to Success:Chatham maintains an entrepreneurial culture that rewards teamwork and innovation. Ability to learn new tools and technologies as required.Minimum Requirements:Candidates must be a recent college graduate with a BA/BS degree in a relevant field such as finance, economics, engineering, mathematics, or computer science.Applicants must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate academic program with a graduation date between December 2024 - June 2025. The start date for this position is July 7, 2025.Training and Development:This role offers recent graduates a comprehensive learning experience, providing a solid foundation for a career in financial advisory and capital markets through a blend of structured learning paths and hands-on mentorship.Our Analysts attend Chatham’s New Hire Academy which provides them with early exposure to senior leaders and SMEs throughout the organization, focusing on improving their speed to proficiency by developing the knowledge, skills, and relationships needed to be successful. It is a combination of online learning resources, debriefs, and in-person workshops with your cohort. Content areas covered include, but are not limited to, derivative and debt capital markets, fixed income math, options theory, problem solving, client communications, and effective consulting skills.Travel Requirements:Travel requirements will vary based on your home office and scheduled rotations. You may be asked to spend time onsite at client offices or travel to other Chatham locations to support internal projects, typically for one to two weeks, with the possibility of longer stays.
