Genesis10 is currently seeking an Application Programmer with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 + month contract position.
Requirements:
Experience in Test Automation projects as an automation developer5 years of development experience, preferably Java and should be able to code in JavaExperience with test automation tools (Cucumber, Selenium).Net experience, specifically VB Script, AI and ClientKnowledge in OOPS concept, automation development, debugging and problem solving skillsFamiliarity with automation frameworks (JUnit, jasmin, jersey, etc.)Design and develop enterprise wide, re-usable testing productivity components and/or frameworksExperience in version control tools like SVN, PerforceExperience in working on project using mature Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and models: i.e. Agile, Waterfall, Iterative, etc.QA Process/Methodology and Business acumen in technical development organizationExperience in using one or more SDLC tools - JIRA, Rally or Client ALMExperience in bots, machine learning, UI Path, AI and/or PEGAPrevious experience in implementing test automation development efforts in an Agile SCRUM development environmentAdditional expertise in other automation tools will be an asset - Client QTP (Add-ins -.Net, Java, Infragistics etc.) Para soft SOA Test, SOAP UIExperience in one or more languages will be an asset - JavaEJB, VBScripts, JavaScript, VBA, Java, SQL, HTML, Python, Perl, .Net, Unix.Experience in COM and API automation will be an assetWorking experience in bank domainStrong presentation skillsExperience with file based testingWorking experience in a Global organizationSelenium Testing experienceCucumber experienceJava Programming experienceSQL experienceExperience with SOAP and REST web servicesSDLC/STLC knowledge (test phases, test types, coverage)Knowledge of test execution and defect management tracking tool
Desired Skills:Knowledge of automation frameworks (design and build to test execution)Experience working within the AML spaceExtensive knowledge of PEGA Platform architectureAbility to configure and use Jenkins or similar continuous integration toolStrong presentation skills to all levels of the companyAbility to effectively work with ambiguity and in a fast-paced/high change environment
