As a Contract UI/UX Designer, you will play a vital role in shaping the user experience of our digital products. You will collaborate with our design team to conduct research, create wireframes, and design visually appealing interfaces for websites that align with brand and user needs. Your strong Figma skills and understanding of design systems will ensure consistency and efficiency throughout the design process.While we would love to find a well-rounded candidate in research and visual design, we're open to specialists in either category who can contribute to projects as needed.What You'll Work On:

Fruition's work spans multiple Government, Non-Profit, B2B, and B2C industries. You may work on analyzing and synthesizing research findings from our web analytics and stakeholder interview exercises during discovery projects, create initial homepage concepts for a redesign project, or scale approved design systems to wireframes to deliver mocks for a new website project. We work with major airports, city and state governments, large private institutions, and SMBs. You'll be exposed to various industries, which keeps the work exciting and fresh. Estimated 40-80 hours per month of available work.Job Description:

Research and Analysis:

Support in user research exercises to understand target audience needs, preferences, and behaviors. Analyze completed research and compile feedback for client presentations to support future design choices.Wireframing and Prototyping:

Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize design concepts and test user interactions. Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing.Visual Design:

Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that adhere to our brand guidelines and accessibility standards. Utilize Figma's design system to ensure consistency and efficiency.Collaboration:

Work closely with our UI/UX and Visual Design leads to contribute to the overall design direction and ensure alignment with project goals. Collaborate with developers to implement designs effectively.Figma Expertise:

Demonstrate proficiency in Figma, including the ability to utilize tokens and variables within our design system to create scalable and maintainable designs.Required Key Skills and Education:

Candidates must demonstrate strong visual design skills and present an online portfolio with diverse web and UI design projects.Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.4+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work.Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.Understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Contractor Benefits:
