Bookkeeper

Opportunity for a Bookkeeper, a potential employee who has experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper within a Business Management Accounting Department located in Beverly Hills.We are also looking for other locations including Sherman Oaks, Encino, Westwood, and Beverly Hills.Salaries are commensurate with experience around $75k plus benefits. Some OT!We are looking for bookkeepers with a full understanding of debits and credits and willing to learn the software Agilink! We are looking now to hire!! Prefer candidates with either Datafaction or Agilink.Opportunity to work in a fast-paced and busy environment as a team player.Looking for an employee with approximately 2 plus years of experience as a bookkeeper!Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

All bookkeeping responsibilities.Handling Accounts Payable and Receivable using AgilLink imaging software; will consider training if experience on Datafaction.AgilLink software.Bank Reconciliation.General Ledger.Processing credit card payments.Booking investment statements.Maintaining cash flow.Payroll.Interaction with clients.Other projects!Key Competencies include:

Proficiency in Datafaction imaging computer software or AgilLink.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Solid experience in bookkeeping, understanding debits and credits.Excellent organizational skills.Able to meet deadlines.Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.Background check will be administered.Longevity in employment history.Salary range of $60k to $80k plus commensurate with experience, open to negotiation.
