IT Program Management , you will be responsible for oversight of several programs. Must have TS/SCI and CI poly.Job location is Chantilly, VA.Responsibilities:Serve as the primary management point of contact for contractor support, overseeing accomplishments of tasksAccountable for overall program success and commitments, ensuring client’s expectations are exceededPrepares and provides required reports, briefings and reviews to client and corporate as necessaryManages and ensures timely delivery of all program activities and quality deliverablesCoordinates and monitors sub-contractor activities, deliverables and financesManages and ensures program budget is met and complies with contractual obligationsAssign, track and maintain current status of activities ensuring responsive deliveryAccountable for all decisions, actions, and directives with respect to contractual obligationsDevelops, reviews and approves plans, schedules, and programmatic documents communicating status, risks and milestonesEnsures award fees are maximizedLead key organizational stakeholders and action owners within programs, measuring and managing progress toward goals of the programsQualifications, Education and/or Experience:Master's Degree in a STEM field or Business10 years of relevant experience; 5 years IC experienceProject Management Professional (PMP) certification desiredActive TS/SCI w/CI Poly preferredRequirements/Abilities:Experience organizing, planning and directing programs and personnelExcellent interpersonal, written and customer-facing skillsTravel:
