Job Description
The
Automotive F &I (Finance & Insurance) Document Specialist
is responsible for preparing deals to be sent to the Billing Clerk.
This is an entry level role in our dealership sales department, who will work in a customer facing role with our guests, assisting in signing sales documents and providing guest services or any additional items as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Submit paperwork to and obtain approval from finance sources on all finance deals.
Ensure that all required documentation is obtained and submitted to the finance source so that finance contracts can be paid in a timely manner.
Assist with the final steps of the purchase process and celebrate with the guest.
Provide accurate and timely completed paperwork for successful processing.
Convert completed paperwork and documents to the business office.
Prioritize transactions and balance daily tasks.
Provide an unmatched guest experience and collaborate with teammates in a fast-paced retail environment.
Qualifications:
Preferred:
Excellent customer facing experience and communication.
Attention to detail (a plus).
Ability to proficiently operate a computer/printer.
Automotive dealership or administrative experience (knowledge of F&I process).
Required:
May be required to work overtime and weekends.
Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.
