Practice Optometry in accordance with clinical guidelines set forth by the American Optometric Association and American Academy of Optometry.Establish a positive and professional Doctor/Patient relationship and provide the highest level of quality care as it relates to overall general/ocular health.Support field leadership, GM, and all associates to provide a seamless patient/customer journey and deliver the organization's financial and performance goals.Uncover patient visual and eye health needs and prescribe solutions and/or referrals to meet and exceed those needs.Stay updated with the latest tech and trends in optical to provide a “best in class” patient experience.Qualifications:
Doctor of Optometry Degree (OD) from an Accredited School of Optometry.State Licensed or will be licensed to practice optometry (New Graduates) in the state in which you will be practicing.Visionworks Affiliate Advantages:
