Oak Park Place , a premier provider of assisted living and memory care in Wisconsin is growing and we have openings in our beautiful Oak Creek Assisted Living community. We are currently searching for a

Director of Nursing (DON)/Director of Health Care Services

to assist with the growth of this beautiful facility.

Qualified candidates should have experience in long term care (LTC), including Director or Assistant Director leadership experience. This exciting opportunity requires an experienced leader with the ability and energy to create a positive atmosphere for our customers and staff. Responsibilities:

Defines and maintains the standards of nursing practice within the facility

Ensuring continued adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations

Management and oversight of all nursing staff

Providing planning, organization, education, supervision, and evaluation of all services provided in the facility

Verifying that all department staff is properly trained to perform their required duties

Ensuring that operation of the Nursing Department remains consistently within budget

Experience with the applicable state Survey Rules & Regulations, Medicare and Medicaid

The qualified candidate will have:

3-5 years of Director of Nursing experience preferred

Current WI Registered Nurse (RN) license

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Thorough knowledge of state and federal regulations in long-term care

Experience with the applicable state Survey Rules & Regulations, Medicare and Medicaid

$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
