Business Functional Analyst - IV

Responsibilities:Analyze the existing systems and highlight areas of improvementEnhance opportunities by identifying new software/service to be developedAnalyze and decompose complex requirementsPerform gap analysis and recommend solutionsFulfill the role of a subject matter expert in requirement elicitationDocument requirements, create functional specifications and prepare wireframes/flowchartsOversee the development of the offer enablement product as per the specificationsFacilitate change and configuration managementMonitor performance, Client variances and propose necessary actions.Validate the functionality of the end product according to the requirement specificationsPrepare technical user manuals, system configuration documents and other technical reportsMUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):Pega Systems Business Consultant training4-6 years of B2B marketing experience, SQL proficiencyBachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.Six or more years of relevant work experience, specifically with B2B marketingAbility to handle multiple complex projects simultaneouslyExcellent Technical (e.g., systems design) and/or analytical skillsExcellent business knowledge and interpersonal skillsDESIRED SKILLS:A degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Analytics/Business Intelligence, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or in a related field; ideally an MBA.Leadership and strategic planning experience.Experience investigating and solving complex technical problems and data discrepancies.Experience working with business intelligence systems to provide diagnostic self-serve information to clients and business units.Program management experience.Experience with SQL/NoSQL or equivalent program.Experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint presentation creation.Experience with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning tools, such as Pega Systems.Business intelligence/visualization software experience (e.g. Tableau, Splunk, or Kibana).Data mining, preparation and modeling experience.Statistical analysis language experience.Data preparation tool experience.Communication and presentation skills.EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
