This position is responsible for activities related to the administration and management of reinsurance and other partner structures. This includes new set ups, changes, terminations, novations and commutations.The

Reinsurance and Partner Structures

team oversees the following:ReinsuranceCaptivesDOWC/DOOCCell StructuresProfit ShareFTP/XOLResponsibilities

Ensures all legal documents (agreements, amendments, trusts, notices, letters, etc.) are completed in an accurate and timely manner.Ensures team gathers, reviews and maintains all corporate documents, as well as other required documentation for all partner structures.Prepares and updates contract matrices for all partner structures.Coordinates with Legal team for changes to legal documents and for new legal documents.Ensures system maintenance screens are set up and maintained with accurate information.Obtains proper authorizations and entitles users in system.Organizes, conducts and leads periodic meetings with clients and internal teams.Manages 2 Reinsurance Administrators, providing directions, guidance, sets goals and organizes tasks.Provides accurate and timely responses to client requests.Maintains a thorough understanding of the business and documents.Gathers and prepares information, reports, communications and presentations for internal parties (Executives, Finance, Underwriting, etc.) as well as for external parties (clients, management firms, external auditors, etc.).Fulfills a leadership/training/mentoring role on the reinsurance and partner structures team. This includes ensuring procedures are properly documented, recommending new processes or changes, and providing education to others.Performs other functionally related duties and projects as assigned.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business or related area of study5 or more years' experience in legal, accounting, finance, insurance or related fieldAbility to multi-task, work under pressure efficiently, with high quality results and attention to detailSelf-starter and motivatorVery proficient in Microsoft OfficeExcellent analytical and organizational skillsExceptional oral and written communication skillsWhat We Offer
