Role: Digital Transformation ArchitectLocation: Dallas, TexasRole Purpose:The DTA is a client facing role that drives end-to-end solution integration in Multi Tower deals

post deal qualification. The DTA is responsible for the development of the overall vision and solution blueprint that underlies the projected solution and transforms that vision into a solution that can be implemented to achieve the client’s stated and unstated outcomes.Roles and Responsibilities:Understanding the clients' objectives, identifying stated and non-stated needs, and creating an overall solution blueprint.Breaking down the solution blueprint to an overall solution architecture that establishes the overall solution approach for wider practice teams.Working with the practice teams to share the vision and expectations to complete the end-to-end solution from standalone solutions created by each practice.Building credibility and conviction in technical solutions and providing recommendations on the breadth of solutions.Driving end-to-end solution integration in Multi Tower deals, undertaking integration of architecture blueprint, cost, and effort estimations with support from solution architects and delivery.Shaping transformational deals with senior client executives, partnering with account/business development executives.Being customer-facing, with key strengths in project management, client interaction, communication skills, and internal and external stakeholder management.Undertaking a practice-agnostic lens to define the transformation plan.Handing over the transformation plan to the transformation lead/delivery lead upon closure of the deal.Additional Details:Understanding clients' asks/needs and creating themes of solutions that can help Wipro win via digitized mind maps leveraging research and account intelligence.Understanding the solution approach and knowing when to choose which approach based on winnability, profitability, and deliverability, including advantages/disadvantages of each, applicable scenarios, examples, and learnings.Building consensus with both external and internal stakeholders and owning the solution defense.Ability to understand effort and resource estimation, alignment, and drive optimization.Ownership and growth mindset.Interdependent style of leadership.Coaching teams/SAs.Measurement:Deal wins (quantified based on percentage).Deal solution quality - completeness and adherence to the process and deliverables.Identifying issues and owning the solution.
