Our mission is to deliver a single source of truth from which investment managers can find strategic, actionable insights to drive competitive advantage and business growth.Siepe is seeking a dynamic C# developer to join the team focused on developing a CLO Compliance engine, the fastest-growing segment of our business. As a Senior C# Developer, you will work closely with the Development Team, Technical Leads, and Product Managers to build and enhance compliance rules and reporting for both our external and internal stakeholders.We are a profitable company that offers competitive compensation and benefits while also providing opportunities for advancement in a growing business.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain a CLO compliance application using C#Implement complex LINQ queries and dynamic expressionsEnsure high performance and scalability of the applicationContainerize .NET services using technologies such as DockerCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutionsConduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team membersQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldProven experience (4-8 years) as a C# developer, with a focus on developing complex applicationsDeep understanding of C# language features and .NET frameworkExpertise in writing complex LINQ queries and dynamic expressionsExperience with MS SQL Server and database management systemsExperience with HTML templating frameworks such as Handlebars or experience with report builder libraries and frameworks is preferredExperience with performance optimization techniquesExperience with front-end frameworks such as AngularUS Citizen or Permanent Resident eligible to work in the US without sponsorshipSkillsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExperience in financial services or compliance software development strongly preferredFamiliarity with CLO (Collateralized Loan Obligation) compliance requirements preferredExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesExcellent debugging skills and willingness to dig into issues to find solutionsBenefitsPaid Holidays & Vacation401k MatchLearning & Development ProgramReferral ProgramDaily Catered LunchesMonthly CelebrationsQuarterly Offsite EventsHoliday PartiesJoin Us!Submit your contact information and upload your resume/CV to start the process.
