We are seeking experienced

Information Systems Security Professionals

across the country to support information systems lifecycle activities.

Responsibilities will include, (but are not limited to):

Lead and train a team of Information Systems Security Managers (ISSMs) and Information Systems Security Officers (ISSOs).

Interface with internal and external customers at all levels, and will be required to interpret and provide guidance on company and customer cybersecurity related governance documents.

Perform assessments of systems and networks within the networking environment or enclave and identify where those systems and networks deviate from acceptable configurations, enclave policy, or local policy.

Establish strict program control processes to ensure mitigation of risks and supports obtaining certification and accreditation of systems.

Implement the required government RMF policy (i.e. ICD 503, JSIG), make recommendations on process tailoring, participate in and document process activities.

Perform analyses to validate established security controls and to recommend additional security requirements and safeguards.

Support the formal Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E) required by each government accrediting authority.

Coordinate all associated Assessment and Authorization activities, which includes all RMF Body Of Evidence (BOE) documentation.

Ensure recurring cybersecurity SOW is completed to include auditing, configuration management, user training, POA&M updates, ConMon checklists, Self-Inspections, etc.

Basic Qualifications:

Must have at minimum, a Master's degree with 12 years of relevant experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree with 14 years of relevant experience.

Must have a DoD 8570 IAM level III, security certification (examples: CISSP, CISM, etc.).

Candidates must have a current DoD Top Secret level security clearance, to include a closed investigation date completed within the last 5 years.

Minimum 10 years of experience performing information systems security duties.

Must have the ability to obtain, and maintain, access to Special Programs as a condition of continued employment.

Demonstrated experience in networking and complex architectures to include cross domain solutions.

Demonstrated experience with NIST 800-53 policies, WAN auditing reviews IAW DAAPM/JSIG requirements, & writing entire RMF Bodies of Evidence to obtain and maintain ATO for classified systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have experience with getting Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) authorized for DoD programs.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, a CISSP, and 12 years of ISSO/ISSM experience in a classified environment.

Knowledge of ACAS/NESSUS, SPLUNK, SCAP, POA&Ms, NIST, system audits, vulnerability scanning, and DAAPM/JSIG system security package development are highly desirable.

Efficient, proactive, responsive team player with excellent written and oral communication skills; able to interface effectively with all levels of corporate management and government customers.

Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and time sensitive deliverables.

Current Top Secret clearance with SAP/SAR access is highly desirable.

Salary Range:

$165,000 - $247,600The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
