Job Purpose and Impact

The Applications Senior Systems Analysts will provide a broad knowledge to implement and consult stakeholders on software applications, solutions and technologies for a limited subset of the organization. In this role, you will lead the governance and implementation of strategic software applications in alignment with architecture and business processes.

Key Accountabilities

Lead and define the software applications direction in accordance with architecture standards and business process leads.Apply in depth knowledge to investigate, analyze and interpret complex business and system issues through research, development and identification of more complex initiatives and innovative solutions.Lead the implementation of solution applications including requirements capture and analysis, development of design documentation, test and debug software applications, software configuration, support deployment and cutover activities.Prioritize and coordinate the implementation of enhancements and defect fixes.Lead and provide guidance on strategy and technical planning of software applications in accordance with software compliance standards.Develop and integrate complex process areas including data, business, reporting and security across a subset of the organization.Partner collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to provide consultation, analysis and direction to portfolio initiatives.Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.Minimum of four years of related work experience.Experience in SAP ACM module.Experience in SAP SD or MM modules.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSUse a general understanding of architecture standards and business processes to define and govern the software applications direction.Participate in investigations of moderately complex business and system issues to research and identify innovative solutions.Experience working in CRM tool sets.
