Our multispecialty clinic is physician-owned, which prioritizes the highest quality patient care and a strong work-life balance.We’re looking for a full-time (1.0 FTE) BC/BE Pediatrician to join our Pediatrics Department. The new clinician will divide their time between our Ridgefield and Battle Ground locations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for practicing evidence-based medicine in a collegial, cohesive group. The department consists of 24 physicians and 4 advanced practice clinicians.Responsibilities include:Outpatient practice with occasional weekend newborn rounding at both Vancouver hospitals.24-hour patient access to nurse advice line.Participating in an established referral network with excellent collaboration between primary care and specialty care.We offer a two-year salary guarantee with a generous starting bonus and partnership buy-in after two years.We are rooted in Southwest Washington, located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. The area offers a variety of housing options from suburban neighborhoods to downtown high rises or rural locations with acreage. Eligibility for benefits is dependent on factors such as position type and FTE. Benefit-eligible employees qualify for benefits beginning on the first of the month following one month of employment.
