In support of our customer, members of the team are responsible for providing full lifecycle support including analysis, design, development, integration, testing, procurement, deployment, security, training and sustainment for collection and antenna systems.Why Join Us:Your Health, Your Wealth, Your LifeOur flexible schedules, competitive pay and comprehensive benefits enable you to live a healthy, fulfilling life at and outside of work.The Work:Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems.Provide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems.Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.Optimize Linux system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planning.Provide in-depth experience in troubleshooting IT systems.Provide detailed analysis and feedback to agency management and internal customers for escalated tickets.Provide support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process.Configure and manage Linux operating systems and install/load operating system software, troubleshoot, maintain integrity of and configure network components, along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.Support the design of systems, mission architecture and associated hardware.Possess a working knowledge and understanding of system administration interdependencies as part of the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).Analyze and resolve complex problems associated with server hardware, applications and software integration.Basic Qualifications:Fifteen (15) years experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.• Strong Linux background.• Linux Troubleshooting skills (tailing log files, restarting services).• Experience working with Linux central authentication technologies.• Experience navigating in a terminal, running Linux commands.• Experience SSHing to servers, port forwarding/ssh tunneling.• Experience in supporting systems over high latency, low bandwidth, air gapped environments.• Experience with network devices (firewalls, routers, switches).Desired Skills:• Basic experience with Kubernetes.• Basic experience using/troubleshooting ansible playbooks/roles.• Basic understanding of system provisioning technologies.• Basic Scripting experience (not language specific).• Basic experience administering/supporting Virtual Machine (VM) environments.• Fiercely independent, self-starter, good at taking tasks and running them to ground until hitting actual roadblocks.Clearance Level:

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position:
