Job#: 2006043Job Description:Client Support AssociateHybrid (1-2 days in office)Apex Systems is currently seeking a Client Support Associate to join the team of one of our large financial clients. Qualified candidates should apply online AND send their resume directly to us at
kgallop@apexsystems.com .Responsibilities:Develop one-on-one relationships with customers both internal and external.Work independently to assist callers with tailored support to meet their needs.Serve as the customer's primary point of contact and own any issues that arise that vary in complexity.Provide support on various computer systems.Maintain minimum call requirements and quality review scores.Utilize CRM to accurately record and track calls.Participate in special projects including training and support of internal and external contacts.Requirements:High School Diploma at a minimum.2+ years of experience working in a client/customer service or call center role.1+ years of demonstrated success navigating multiple computer systems.Desired:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business.1+ years of work experience working in Financial Services.2+ years of experience delivering excellent service and problem resolution.Exceptional organizational and communication skills – both verbally and written.The hybrid schedule calls for candidates to report to one of the below locations twice per week:Atlanta, GADes Moines, IADenver, COSan Diego, CAEl Segundo, CASchaumburg, ILSt. Cloud, MNEEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
