Assist in the design and implementation of identity and access management solutionsSupport the maintenance and administration of Active Directory and Azure AD environmentsContribute to the development and enforcement of identity governance processes and policiesParticipate in the integration of identity management systems with other security platformsAssist in troubleshooting and resolving identity-related issues and access requestsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure identity-related security standards are metConduct regular security assessments and audits of identity and access management systemsStay updated on the latest security protocols and best practices in identity managementProvide technical support and guidance on access control mechanisms and privilege managementAssist in the documentation of identity management processes, procedures, and configurationsRequired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldUnderstanding of identity and access management concepts and principlesBasic knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD administrationFamiliarity with identity governance tools and platformsKnowledge of security protocols such as LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and KerberosExperience with scripting languages like PowerShell or PythonStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentGood understanding of IT security and risk managementExcellent verbal and written communication skillsRelevant internships or entry-level experience in cybersecurity or identity managementCertifications in related fields like CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or Microsoft 365 Identity and Services are a plusSkills:
