When you step into a career with AT&T, you won’t just imagine the future—you’ll create it.Overview:Agile coaches are industry-certified change agents who combine their technical knowledge of lean-agile values, principles, and practices with an intrinsic motivation to improve AT&T's software, systems, and Agile business processes. They are experts in helping teams & organizations mature in the use of agile principles and practices. They promote consistent behaviors and provide guidance to drive maturity. Agile Coaches guide and help teams on both the product and delivery side.Key Roles and Responsibilities:Embodying a Lean-Agile Mindset and Behaviors. Leading change by communicating vision, maintaining transformation backlogs, creating and supporting coaching plans with customers, and helping launch exemplar Communities of Practice.Implement Agile at Scale, through training, organizing around value, coaching team-of-team launches, and supporting creation of Lean Agile Centers of Excellence (LACEs).Coaching Flow by guiding team-of-teams in ways to capture, visualize, and interpret flow metrics. Provide leaders with recommendations to improve flow. Accelerate Business Agility through regular assessments and coaching leaders of interpretation and application for continuous improvement.Experience:Typically requires 5-8 years experience in an Agile role.SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) certification, current version required.Salary Range:

$128,400.00 - $215,800.00Weekly Hours:
