Requirements:Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders(Provisional) State licensure in Speech-Language PathologyExperience in school-based setting preferred but not required

Role Responsibilities:Conduct assessments and provide therapy to students with speech and language disordersDevelop and implement treatment plans to address students' individual needsCollaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote students' academic and social successMonitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans as neededParticipate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
