S&P Global is a leader in credit ratings, benchmarks and analytics for the global capital and commodity markets. This role will be part of a global and diverse team with coverage for enterprise-wide critical projects. The S&P Global Internal Audit function is a global team with auditors located in the U.S., London, India, Malaysia, Tokyo, & Taiwan. The Project Assurance team is an essential unit of the global Audit function that performs independent health assessments on the Company's critical strategic initiatives.The Impact:

IT Audit Senior Manager - Project Assurance and Cybersecurity is an integral part of Internal Audit team and provides perspective on the assurance and advisory activities of strategic projects and delivers cybersecurity and infrastructure audits. This individual contributes to and provides S&P Global Senior Management and the Audit Committee with a companywide, independent perspective of the health of critical projects while serving as a trusted advisor to the Project Sponsor and team. This role is essential to providing stakeholders with enhanced visibility of key risks and mitigations strategies to ensure on-time project delivery via sound governance frameworks.What's in it for you:

Conduct audits of cybersecurity, infrastructure, and applications in the Enterprise Systems portfolio.Prepare program scorecard health assessments and audit reports.Manage and mentor a team of audit professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.Partner with Automation and Technology audit practitioners to drive adoption of data analytics and automation.Contribute to the development of the Annual Audit Plan and quarterly risk assessments by conducting a risk assessment of projects and technology risks across the enterprise (including the Divisions, and Corporate Functions).What We're Looking For:Candidate with experience in reviewing large M&A, system integration and process improvement projects and programs for large organizations.Skilled in conducting infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application audits.Strong project manager.Qualifications:Required:5+ years of assessing Program & Project Management at a Fortune 500 organization.5+ years' experience leading IT audits.Comprehensive knowledge of IT frameworks and regulations including COBIT, ISO 27000, PCI/DSS, HIPAA/HITECH and NIST.Preferred:Project Manager (e.g., PMP, PgMP) and certified in Scaled Agile (SAFe).Experience auditing cloud controls preferred (AWS, GCP, Azure etc).Understanding and exposure to Gen AI and Big Data concepts.Requires CISA, CISM or CISSP designation, with attainment of another job-related professional designation preferred (e.g., CPA, CIA, CFE, CCSA, CMA, etc.).Compensation/Benefits Information (This section is only applicable to US candidates):S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $97,200-$175,600.00.Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at S&P Global:
