Perform software systems engineering for the acquisition, development, and sustainment of programs that support aircraft and weapons systems.
Perform the following activities as part of software development:
System resource evaluation.
Software requirements evaluation.
Design evaluation.
Software definition, code, and unit test.
Integration test; software delivery and independent test.
Software quality assurance.
Software configuration monitoring.
Conduct reviews of Contract Data Requirements List products.
Participate in System Engineering Technical Reviews.
Participate in all software life-cycle reviews from requirements analysis, preliminary design, detailed design, integration, and test.
Review and comment on proposed system requirements.
Verify the system requirements meet the stated program objectives.
Job Requirements
Secret Clearance. US Citizenship required.
Bachelor's degree in a Technical Discipline.
At least five (5) years of experience in Software/Systems Engineering supporting DoD aircraft or weapons systems, consisting of the design, development, integration, and system testing of computer hardware and software.
