Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Project Manager to fill an open position with one of our banking clients in Pittsburgh, PA. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team that supports the enterprise fraud group, delivering strategic initiatives with a strong focus on customer experience, fraud loss prevention, and business growth. The role offers a hybrid work environment, flexible hours, and the potential for contract extension.Job Responsibilities:Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity.Manage backup, security, and user help systems.Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements.Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others to solicit cooperation and resolve problems.Provide users with technical support for computer problems.Benefits and Perks

Qualifications Needed:Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Basic knowledge of circuit boards, processors, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software.Understanding of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing effective manufacture and distribution of goods.Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.Proficiency in computer software such as Visual Basic, Java, SQL, etc.Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science or computer engineering, or equivalent work experience. An MBA or other related advanced degree is preferred.PMI or PMP certification preferred.3-5 years of experience required.
