Mission:
Deliver customer value through providing quality development work on our web application.
What you’ll be doing:
Develop code for enterprise-level products
Work in a high-performing lean environment
Estimate development tasks for time to completion
Coordinate with product managers and designers to achieve delightful customer experiences
Regular and consistent communication of progress on projects and tasks
Create automated tests for tasks, working with a QA analyst to automate test cases
Provide concise documentation to explain product functionality and improve technical communication between stakeholders
Architect and oversee larger software development projects for the team
Provide good technical details when breaking down tasks
Ensure the team is following JobNimbus and general industry standards
Mentor other developers on the team
Effectively collaborate across teams and contribute to the discipline as a whole
What makes you the hero for this job:
5-8 years of professional software engineering experience
