Roles and Responsibilities:
Individual should be key point of contact for team at onshore for all client interfacing and team interactions.
Should be able to collaborate and coordinate with various stakeholders and resolve team’s impediments.
Should participate in discussions with stakeholders and define the delivery plan for the project.
Individual should be responsible for executing the development of Java-based applications/microservices by taking requirements from clients and turning them into solutions.
Work closely with development teams to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain the application.
Conduct code reviews to ensure coding standards.
Develop and document best practices for team collaboration, productivity, technical design, and documentation.
Provide technical leadership and functional guidance to the team.
Key Skills:
12+ years of progressive software development experience.
10+ years of Design and Development experience in Java technology.
5+ years of experience in Database (SQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle).
Excellent verbal and written communications skills, able to resolve business issues.
In-depth experience in coding high-performance, scalable, reusable, enterprise Java applications.
Strong understanding of designing and developing RESTful web services.
Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and integrating Spring or Spring Boot.
Exposure to microservices architecture and synchronous distributed applications on Kafka.
Experience with Lean/Agile development methodologies, User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing.
Experience in using cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Pay:
$60.00 - $65.00 per hour
